Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is OPEN for students from JK to grade 8.
***Registration for KURSY (Ukrainian Studies credit course) will be separate. Instructions will be sent in September.
You can register your child(ren) to our Ukrainian Saturday program for the 2025-2026 school year now.
2025-2026 Program Registration Update
- A $25 student activity fee will be collected through School Cash Online that can be found on the registration form.
- First day of Saturday school: September 20st
- Starting this September, Ukrainian Saturday school will be located at St Nicholas Catholic Elementary School: 477 Warminster Drive, Oakville, ON L6L 4N4

If you have previously registered your child(ren) ONLINE for the Summer Program and/or Fall/Winter Program with us, they are returning students, hence please choose Sign In.
NEW students: You need to create an account: Create Account.
You will be asked to provide the following information when registering your child(ren) online:
- your child’s OEN#= student # (OEN # has 9 digits) and the grade your child will be attending in the academic year 2025-2026; your child’s day school and school board names.
- your contact information – name, phone, email, home address.
- To choose the language: Ukrainian.
2025-2026 Saturday classes:
Classes will run 9:00-12:30 at St Nicholas Catholic Elementary School (477 Warminster Drive, Oakville, ON L6L 4N4)
