Attention parents/guardians:
This year’s Ukrainian Ridna Shkola Summer Program (at IILE HCDSB) will take place during the month of July.
Dates: July 2 to 25, 2025.
Duration: 5 days a week: Monday-Friday (*Tuesday, July 1, is a public holiday*)
Location: St Joan of Arc Catholic Elementary School: 2912 Westoak Trails, Oakville ON L6M 4T7
Registration is open to students age 4 years and older who are already enrolled in the first year of full-time kindergarten, up to and including Grade 8.
Registration is open for Oakville Ridna Shkola Summer Program 2025:
- students enrolled in a school in Ontario – HCDSB or other school boards. International students and those on a visitor’s visa are not eligible to apply for our program.
- starting in kindergarten: students who are already registered in JK Day School for September 2025
- students who have recently arrived from Ukraine: after the students have been registered at the day school and have received a Ontario Student Number.
*** If your child has not yet received a student number, please contact us and we will provide instructions for enrollment.

– (1) in-person format of the program || 9:00 am-4:00pm – at the school premises || July 2 – 25, 2025.
During registration, you are required to pay a registration fee of $ 25.
*** Between 9:00 and 11:30 a.m., the program is sponsored by the Halton Catholic District School Board (IILE Language Programs). Extended hours to 4:00 pm: costs $225 per week per child (1st week – reduced: $135 per week). Please send your payment to: info+summer@oakvilleridnashkola.ca. When transferring money, please list the name of the attending child.

ATTENTION:
Students who have registered for the 2024-2025 school year will be able to access their existing accounts.
New students will need to register by creating a new account on the registration website.
It is important to select the language of the summer program [UKRAINIAN] and continue until the registration form is completed and submitted.
* Classes will be formed if there is a sufficient number of registered students.
* students will be divided by age, depending on the number of registered students.
Registration for the summer program closes on 20 June 2025.
